Water — You can live without water for three to five, maybe even seven, days.
Air — Now, air is very important. You can only go four to six minutes without air before you’re brain dead.
Life force — Last but not least, how long can you live without life force that runs through every aspect of your body? The answer is simple, you can’t. You cannot live without that life force for one minute or even one second.
The truth is you’re dead when the brain activity stops.
